I am a parent and I think it is extraordinarily rude to bring a toddler to a restaurant. I didn't bring my children out to eat until they had displayed enough attention span to be trusted to behave. I surely was not about to bring them with me when they were 3 or 4 years old. The fact of the matter is that children that young simply cannot sit still and remain quiet for more than a few seconds. Bringing an infant or very young child into an environment that is supposed to be relaxing is very inconsiderate.

Tonight my wife and I went out to a very nice restaurant in town. We sat in the bar and our seats had a good view of the front door. The waiting area was packed with children, and every other couple coming in was either carrying an infant, or had a toddler under the age of 3 with them. What in God's name possesses people to bring children that young to restaurants? Don't you idiots realize that people pay so that they can enjoy their meals without hearing your bawling urchins? If you can't afford a babysitter, then you shouldn't be having children. Period.

Your living in your parents small 3bdrom house with your school age kid, toddler, a guy you just married, your teenage sister and her baby, and your other teen sister...Do you really think it's a good idea to be having another baby? Your poor parents having to take care of 10 people in that small house while you stay at home and your H works at a fast food place.

Am I the only that finds it weird that Toddlers & Tiaras shows so many little girls in just their underwear? I mean, maybe I'm just weird but it made me feel very uncomfortable. FTR, I have 3 kids and I have 6 nieces and nephews so I've seen naked kids running around but something about a kid I don't know was just weird to me. On Tv. For anyone to see. I can't help but think thats bad parenting (although most of the parents on that show are horrible anyway)

I am an overweight SAHM of two toddlers, I had two children in two years my youngest is now 15 months old. I weigh 218 lbs and sometimes feel like I don't really care about my weight and as soon as I started exercising regularly within the last month I end up with a herniated disc. Now I seem to have lost my motivation again.

What the hell people why are your damn kids playing outside and screaming at nearly 9pm on a Sunday night? Thank god my toddler is a good sleeper.. So sick of this neighborhood...

Can't compare homosexuality to people against eating animals. But I did know a girl from school who was very hardcore into PETA and bashed people for eating meat. 5-6 years after highschool ended I caught her with her twin toddlers at Burger King, kids had chicken nuggets while she had herself a nice big double whopper (yes, the meat was in it and I watched her consume it). Not much longer later, I saw her still rallying for PETA. Hypocrites are everywhere, in every group or organization.

If you teach your child to respect the stuff in your house than you won't have to worry about it getting ruined. We have a brand new sectional with a toddler and he knows not to touch it with dirty hands or walk all over it with shoes. He can have his sippy cup while sitting on it but it doesn't leak. The only spots that I have had to clean off it were from me or the dog.
