about a year ago i posted a confession about my ex abusing me, since then ive gotten a divorce and loving life. i still have nightmares and relationships are hard for me, but im sure that will come in time.

My CW makes me effing crazy!! She has been here waaaaaaay longer than me, but has no idea how to do her job, which is listen to the customer!!! All she does all damn day long is run her mouth about the most inane things. She is a sweet lady, but OMG, when people who have been in this business for 12 years and are giving you advice on how to make and KEEP relationships with your customers, FRIGGIN LISTEN!!!! Just shut up for five minutes and you will do so much better. I don't know how you haven't been fired, for real!!!!

Dear Creepy Union Rep: I used to be a union rep myself, so I know you're really out of bounds. I know I'm a lady supervisor, but no, my job is not to "nuture good relationships" among the team and "help them be like a family." Have you ever said that to a male supervisor? I'm paid to supervise the program. I expect my team to be civil to one another and I model civil and respectful behavior, and of course, getting the actual work done. Stop pandering to the drama junkies, and get your sexist bullshit out of my face.

I give literally everyone a chance in this organization, no matter what gossip I've heard. It usually pays off and creates positive relationships. But now that I've finally had a conversation with you on the phone, I understand why nobody likes you. Ugh.

oh shit. I just realized that I'm one of those women who have the career but SUCK at maintaining relationships. I am so screwed. I have become like the two people I know that I can't stand!
