I am a well known green mom blogger. I have blogged about the evils of the Nestle company. (google it). But now that we are in need of work and they are offering my husband a position as an independant contractor...well. We turn a blind eye. I am a small example of what is wrong with the world. I have my morals and i have bills. Guess which one gets attended to?

My husband lost his set of keys that included keys to our mailbox, house, and the fobs for both cars. That as $400 to replace. No joke. Now, he calls to inform he lost the remaining mail key. We have important mail in that box. I could slap him!!!! It took all of my will power to not call him a stupid jackass loser. That's why I am saying it here,

Let see what the excuse will be today: 1. Child one was sick; 2. Child two was sick; 3. Child one got into trouble at school; 4. Child two got into trouble at school; 5. Mother was sick; 6. Father was sick; 7. Brother did something stupid; 8. Sister did something stupid; 9. Ex-husband was sick; 10 Ex-husband did something stupid. You know what just hold up a number and I will fill in the excuse!

I think my coworker is planning to be sick the rest of this week so her husband wont leave her. It wont work.....

I hate working for my husband. It's way too stressful and not the kind of work I enjoy or want to do. I don't know how to tell him. He has high employee turnover bc he doesn't take the time to be an involved boss and understand the frustration of his staff.

I'm a teacher. I make $40,200 and this is my 16th year. I don't qualify for health benefits because my husband's job offers health insurance (that he pays approx. $500 per month for). I work at school from 7am until 4pm and I have an 18 minute lunch and a 35 minute plan bell each day. I usually work for another couple of hours at home several nights a week. Where is this 4 hours of work making &75-&110K per year? Hook me the hell up!

I am having a hard time concentrating and being cheerful at my customer service job while my family is flipping out. Ex husband and son both on drugs, smashing up their cars, getting arrested, calling me and telling me things in the middle of the night. My life is so hard right now I don't know what to do anymore.

My husbands business got a letter from the i.r.s. and they are auditing his business payroll which he does himself. Is that normal???I hope so...I know he is totally above board but with the goverment they can do whatever they want to you...

I work with mostly single moms. I am married and my husband has a good job. I swear, they resent me for it. They seem to think that just because I have a husband, I could just quit work and stay home. Well, yes, I probably could - and do without a lot of things that we enjoy. My kids are teens. There is no reason I should stay home while they are at school all day. I enjoy working and I enjoy the extra money. We aren't rich and it's our decision whether we want to do without the extras or not. I choose not to.

Tax season is almost over - can't wait to be able to tell them I am quitting this summer! New life, new husband, new house!! Can't friggin wait!!! Been doing this for 11 years and it is just too much! My family means more to me than this!
