My boss is a flake and so is 1 of my fellow employees. I have a interview next week with another employer who will pay me $5 more an hour than what I'm making now. Oh, and I'm getting the funding for my 2 certifications I need. I don't like my boss, but I'm grateful for having a job.

I saw a picture of one of my old bosses on FB and my heart practically stopped. Not a good sign that even stumbling on a photo of that witch still scares the crap out of me. I am so grateful there's no one like that in my life now.
I saw someone on FB complaining that they had to wake up at 0530. I wanted to tell them to be grateful because I have to wake up at 0400 everyday. But I didn't want to be that guy. Someone always has it worse, and everyone deserves the chance to vent.
Thank you to the ladies who suggested Open Office for my Microsoft Word problems. I'm so happy and grateful that I can do my resume now!
I got a $100 Amazon gift card from my bosses for a holiday gift. I'm grateful, but it's time they make me permanent! My actual bonus would have been something like $2,000!

I am so sick of the "be grateful you have a job" comments. Yes, I have a job, but, believe it or not, sometimes it sucks. Sometimes, my boss is a dick. Sometimes, my CW's should eat glass and die. Suffer the endless frustration of unemployment of suffer 10 hours a day with incompetent douchebags?
I am so grateful I live in Canada and have never had to stay in a job I hate because of health care considerations.
