All day long my underwear is up my rear. So now the question...are my undies slightly irregular...or is my ass slightly irregular?

Realistically, I know I need an occasional day off from the gym. If I don't the injuries start to pile on. So why do I feel guilty for taking a day off when I know I need it? Why must I apply obsessiveness to all aspects of my life?

Ugh. DH is returning tonight from a two week business trip overseas. During this time I did not hit the gym once. I can only work out at 5:30 am and it is hard to get a sitter then...I am dreading the return. Those first few treadmill/weights sessions are going to be brutal. Once more into the fray...

We just decided that at the end of this school year I will quit my job and stay at home for our DD's last year before starting school. I am thrilled and terrified. Why is it I can handle a room of 31 badly behaved 4th graders, but I am scared I will be a bad stay-at-home mom to my kid?

I went to Disney...just not that great. Sheesh.

It's decided. Next school year I will stay at home for one year. I am scared I will hate it. I am even more scared that I will love it.

My DH and I both work full time. I make slightly more money than he does and provide all our benefits and have a more flexible schedule. We have saved up enough $ for one of us to stay home for a year or two with our kids, they will be starting school soon and this would be our last chance. I find it interesting that it never crosses his mind that it would be him to be the stay at home parent and not me. Interesting.

DH and I have one child. Time got away from us and we are realizing we might be running out of time to have a second. I think we should stick with one. Not a real reason, but just realized the names I like best mean "blind", "luckless", and "bald" according to the baby naming dictionary. That seems like a pretty clear sign to quit while I'm ahead...

I am pretty sure my workplace is poisonous...perhaps even in a literal sense.

I am done with this ridiculous job. In four months I am quitting, moving someplace I will like rather than tolerate, and staying home with my kid for her last year before school starts. I have the $ for it and I am done with this BS. Time to put me and mine first in word and deed.

On a scale of one to ten...how ironic is it that the new organic mac and cheese I made my DD tasted like chemicals?

I have lived in the NE all my life, just hear from DH that there is a rumor he is up for a promotion that would involve relocating to Houston. Initial research shows houses are super cheap there....I know it is hot, but what it wrong with this place that it is so cheap? Am I gonna hate this? Ahhh the great unknown.

I have just had a conversation with my DH which reveals that he really truly believes he contributes as much to our family and household life as I do (we both work FT and earn similar $) I know it is not a competition, but excuse me while I laugh myself silly.
