Right now, I think I'd be willing to give up a kidney for some Swenson's from my hometown (150 miles away).

My nephew and I share a birthday. His 6 month birthday is coming up at the beginning of Feb, and I plan on sending a little gift. Maybe it could be a fun tradition he and I being half-birthday buddies too.

Just drove past a pick up truck, driven by a mid-50's man, plastered in fear-mongering bumper stickers about abortion. When I read 'Abortion Causes Breast Cancer' and '93% of Women Who Abort REGRET Their Choice', I was raging. Women need to be able to make INFORMED decisions to terminate or carry a pregnancy, not be scared into it by fear of the repercussions down the road by fake statistics.

I was having a hard time thinking of any of my quirks to post. The only big one I can think of is that whenever I leave the house, I tell the dog "Be a good girl, watch the house, I love you." It feels weird when I forget, like something might happen to her or the house before I get back.

I'm going to do a little research and teach myself how to coupon. It's something to do while the little guy naps :)
