Getting checked today to see if I have sleep apnea, if I do, it would explain so many things...

So I was feeling all depressed about having gained 5 pounds. We have fitness machines at work, but I always get interruped, and never get a good workout in. I'm trying to save as much money as I can for the wedding, so I don't want to get a gym membership, but I have to do something. I come home yesterday to my condo, and find that someone has placed an elliptical machine in the front hallway with a sign that said "FREE", I ran to my home to drop off my stuff, and ran back down the hallway before anyone else could grab it, and dragged that thing down the hallway! Victory is mine!

So, remember the elliptical I found in the hallway of my building. Came down with a cold the next day, lasted until the following Monday, worked until Thursday, Fiance moved in Saturday, and just finished unpacking this weekend. Finally dug out the elliptical and used it tonight, my thighs are burning! It's a start!

To be supportive of my weight loss efforts, FH is going to return the apple pie. He didn't tell me he bought it until we got home. He went into the store by himself.

I LOVE that my dad (old fashioned Italian father) feels comfortable calling FH and asking for advise on electronics!

Today almost feels like a setup for a surprise bridal shower...stay tuned

We're now able to pick up our marriage license!!!

Some days my job is really entertaining. I work in a sports complex, and we had lacrosse teams in today. I and the coaches have told the kids many times not to throw or bounce the balls off the field. Saw kids playing catch, took their sticks to give to their coach. Their coach made them apologize, and then I got to choose their punishments. They had to clean the glass around the field at the beginning of practice, in front of their peers. I think they've learned their lesson.

I have such an awesome husband. I stopped by bank and grocery store after I left work. While at the grocery store, he called to tell me he loved me because he felt so guilty just hanging out on the couch while I was "doing all the work" WINNING! Hands off, he's mine, and he'll let you know it!

FDH and I have had plans to work on wedding favors, they will take a couple of days, at least. His mom calls, and she needs something. FDH says "She'll have to wait, we have plans to work together today" I'm so lucky to have him!
