I am secretly amazed that my husband trusts me to keep these kids alive and happy. That he thinks I know what to do to raise them to be healthy and happy. If I say co-sleep, we co-sleep. When I say it is time for them to go to the crib he lays them there no questions ask. Doesn't he know I am the same idiot he met a few years ago who couldn't decide between pizza or chicken. How did giving birth somehow educate me on what is best for these tiny creatures!? I need him to give input on the big things so if things go wrong it isn't just MY bad decision. It will be OUR bad choice.

I feel bad we have sex only once a month and I feel worse because I don't really care and don't feel like fixing the problem.

I have bathed my 4 month old a total of 4 times in her life. And my toddler... maybe once a week. I suck. (PS I shower about 5 times a week.)

In public many people compliment me on how well behaved my children are (26 and 5 months). I used to say "I know! I am so lucky!" But yesterday after saying that to the grocery clerk I said "You know what, it is not luck. It is good parenting. Thank you, I raised them that way!"

My husband dropped off my 2 year old at the library where I and our 2 month old were waiting. He needed to get to work. When he dropped her off he said "Can you handle them both? You got this?" Who does he think has been watching them both at the same time for the past 2 months while he works every day? (including the day after I gave birth). Yeah, I got this honey. Go to work.
