C ended a pretty serious relationship recently and they're still living together for another couple of weeks, until their lease is up. He flirts with me and we talk a lot but he's still hung up on her. Is it worth it to wait? I want to stick around to see if he moves on when they move out. But, I don't know, I just don't want to be hurt by the first guy I actually can see something with.
