When I had my first, I was so full of joy I thought that feeling would multiply when I added more to my family. Unfortunately, the joy is about the same (which isn't a bad thing), but the laundry pile multiplied tenfold.

somehow i can fall in love with animated characters, or book characters. currently, i have developed a HUGE crush on Jack Frost from ROTG. i feel empty and alone without reading fanfic about him, or looking at pictures of him.

Follow up today with orthopedic surgeons. Healing well and infection still under control. She can be out of the boot at home, but still use it for school the rest of the week. Close your eyes if you don't want a sports update. Coach asked if she was willing to do stats/timing if she can't run. She then would still feel part of the team. As soon as the wound closes, she can go help at practice. They were scouting her in Jr high and even if she doesn't run this year, they want to include her.

Not really sure how some SAHMS can stand to go so long between showers. Doesn't the greasiness make your skincrawl? I cant last longer than a day.

I think I want to try for #2, but I'm so terrified. I HATED parenting an infant...I did all the right things, but it nearly killed me. I'm not sure I can do that again.

We have an indoor pool. I don't want my MIL to swim in it because she dribbles pee. I know, I am awful.

I would never live next to a river, lake or ocean. I am too afraid of flooding.

My friend thinks its cute when her 3-year-old pinches people. I am so tempted to slap that child.

I know some people are desperate for a kid but saw a documentary that took it to a whole new level. Couple thought it was too expensive for a surrogate. They found a couple on the Internet where the husband would jack off into a cup, and the other husband would use a syringe and inject it into his wife. Her DH was very uncomfortable with this whole thing but she didn't care. No mention of any basic pre-medical testing. Doesn't that seem reckless and even dangerous? She didn't get pregnant.
