Dear Creepy Union Rep: I used to be a union rep myself, so I know you're really out of bounds. I know I'm a lady supervisor, but no, my job is not to "nuture good relationships" among the team and "help them be like a family." Have you ever said that to a male supervisor? I'm paid to supervise the program. I expect my team to be civil to one another and I model civil and respectful behavior, and of course, getting the actual work done.
