I'm watching my email in fascinated and amused horror. Someone group emailed every town employee about a team weight-loss program. That is over 1600 people. A few people thought it was a discussion and responded with 'reply all'. I've now gotten three 'remove me from your mailing list' messages in five minutes. Does that mean I will get over a thousand more today because people don't understand how the 'reply' vs 'reply all' work? I'd explain how it works, but I don't want to email everyone, thus becoming one of THEM!
