Just because I am on here while working doesn't mean I can't multi task and get my work done. I work for 2 seperate departments and the job I do was previously done by 3 full time people. I have never received anything less than Exceeds Successful on a review and I've never had a problem getting my work done. My desk is clean and clear and I do my work as soon as I get it. So what's the beef if I scan confessions while at work? My boss doesn't care, why should anyone else!
