Dear friend, I know you're still sort of new to this step-dad thing, but your SS is 11, not 3. You can bring him to an adult party and send him off to bed at 11pm, but you CAN'T then shoosh the rest of us and tell us we're too loud, your son is sleeping. He's 11! It's adult time! You're in someone else's house! Stop being obnoxious.
