Dear friend: It would be easy to buy a big house and have designer things when your in-laws pay your bills and your down payment for you. We save and scrimp, and also shop very well, but bragging about getting a "big house" and not having to budget, all while your bills are being paid just make you look foolish. I know our kids like to play together, but playdates with you are starting to wear on me.
