I offered someone on freecycle half a pellet of bricks which would have cost them around $300. They got mad b/c I wouldn't give them the whole pallet (offer was for half from the start) and then got irate when I told them they would have to load it themselves. Sorry, not going to load brick in 100 degree weather. I told this this before they came over. Needless to say, the person left w/o any brick.
