In the hospital when I had DD i was learning how to breastfeed. The nurse showed me the football hold. I still have major regrets because I think I may have held her a little tightly and I could feel where my fingers had been around her head. I think I was worried about dropping her and I was tired. I still hate myself for not being more careful.
