We don't get "cold and flu" meds, we get the individual components so that we only take the medicine we need (why take NyQuil when I don't need acetaminophen?) I always feel like my pharmacist must think I'm a recreational user when I buy big bottles of dextromethorphan or pseudoephedrine multipacks when they go on sale.
