I had to buy pants today while at the store because my three month old pooped all over me. Who knew that you had to bring an entire outfit with you when you went out with kids?
I know I am 'lucky' to be a SAHM but I am actually jealous of my divorced mom friend who works. She owns her own house and runs her life the way she wants to. She is often tired, but I can tell she gets a lot of satisfaction from her life. She also gets weekends to herself sometimes. She doesnt' get bossed like do. She also doesn't have to ask for money like I do. I make out like I have the better deal, but honestly, I think her life seems more active and interesting. Oh and she is skinny and I am fat. ; (

My girlfriend is a really picky person and in restaurants it takes her an hour to order anything because it's all "Can I have that on the side? Instead of this can it be that? Oh I can't have that. Can they pick that out of the salad?" It's embarressing. Now her two boys (9, 5) are picking up on that. I took them out to eat and they three of them were driving the waitstaff nuts "Can we have some less stale croutons? My water tastes funny. Can I get a new napkin? Can they take the carrots off my salad?" And she encourages this. UGH! EMBARASSING! Next time we eat in my house.
I stupidly skipped my nightly shower last night and am totally regretting it today. My hair feels greasy and heavy and my feet stink because I'm wearing heels with no socks. All I can think about is going home and taking a shower!
My DH hates clutter with a passion. Unfortunately for him I have no concept of this and I tend to let things go until I have to have a SUPER organization day. Whether it be my underware drawer that I just throw everything into all out of order or my nightstand that's currently holding too much jewelry, sunglasses, pens, 3 or 4 books that I'm reading, etc. But the thing that irks the SHIT outa me is when I leave the mail in the MAIL BASKET for like a week or two then it suddenly disappears and shows up under my bed in a tied up shopping bag. I was gonna go thru it...on my super organization day
