Signed up for Zumba dance aerobics on Monday nights and Step Cardio on Thursday nights. Hopefully, along with my walking daily, 30 minutes of pilates daily and 30 minutes on the gazelle daily, I will start to lose some weight this time! I am soooo excited, though, because I LOVE to dance and I miss it...AND I convinced my sister to do it with me (she needs to lose more than me)! It'll be a blast!
