ABC's latest Reality Show entry, TRUE BEAUTY, creates an extreme version of what many of us moms see on a daily basis -- parenting behavior (or pregnancy behavior) that we might find, well, questionable to say the least. So what does an innocent bystander do when a child - in utero or not - seems to be in danger? To speak up or not to speak up -- that's really the question.
