Is there any way to win at the game of Valentine's Day?  Expectations can be high...maybe he'll finally propose, perhaps this will be the year he gets you diamond earrings, or maybe just a card and flowers.  Over-the-top commercialization of the love holiday can make expectations high; boxes of chocolate show up on shelves minutes after Christmas ends.  But taking a few minutes to talk about expectations beforehand can save a lot of headache (and heartache).  You don't need to know all the details of what he's planning, but having an idea of what he has in mind may keep you from getting dressed to the nines just to find out you're having take-out for dinner.  Confess, what are your Valentine's expectations?
