UPDATE 12:53pm: We're glad to be getting a lot of feedback today, and we want it to keep coming. We ask that you direct your comments regarding the design to this post or message us at talk@truuconfessions.com. The moderators are tasked, as always, with keeping the confessional for confessions. We know this doesn't always happen perfectly, but we try our best to stick to the rules we set out. We acknowledge some of the users who are upset that their confessions are being deleted, but they are really comments. We would love to discuss your concerns here or via email, and it would be helpful if you could provide specific feedback about what you don't like (for example, the colors, a feature on your profile page, etc.). Please communicate with us that way, instead of spamming the confessional. We understand that not everyone will like the new look, but we can't make adjustments if you don't explain yourself more clearly. Thanks to everyone who is being patient with us as the change takes place. Our goal is to give everyone a better confessional. - MC
UPDATE 10:29am: *FORGOT PASSWORD/LOGIN* Our programmer has identified the login problem; it was an issue with the "forgot password" feature. This has been corrected. If you're having trouble logging in, try using the "forgot password" feature again. If that doesn't work for you, email us at talk@truuconfessions.com. - MC
UPDATE 10:00am: *ANONYMITY* There is a "remain anonymous" option in the "Start Here" box, just above the subcategories drop down menu. The default is set to anonymous. This feature was a part of our launch plan, but we experienced a glitch this morning; thanks for your patience. We do not offer this feature for comments. Just as on the old site, only registered users can comment. We feel strongly that this will cut back on mean-spirited or judgmental posts, which violate our rules policy. It also allows us to be more comfortable with allowing everything go up live on the site, which lets you experience content immediately as opposed to waiting on our moderation schedule. We're open to your feedback on this subject, so send us a message at talk@truuconfessions.com
*LOGIN ISSUES* Your messages about login problems are being sent to our programmer as they come in to talk@truuconfessions.com. He recommends that you also try using the "forgot password" feature if you haven't done that yet. It's helpful if you let us know in your email whether or not you've tried this step already. - MC
UPDATE 9:07am: Some of you have told me you're experiencing login issues. I've been in touch with our developer and we're on the case! There are also some concerns about anonymity. It is possible to remain anonymous but it looks like we have a bit of a glitch there. We're also working on that. Keep sending your notes, I'm reading them all. - MC

Hello all! We're so glad you've joined us at the new confessional. The feedback is rolling in. Some of you love it, some of you hate it. We want to hear all about it! Send us a message at talk@truuconfessions.com and we'll be happy to talk with you about the new look.
Some of you have left feedback in the confessional, and we're glad to hear from you. The site will be really boring these next few days, however, if every post in the confessional is a comment about the new design. Remember that the site is a work in progress, so your feedback will help us make improvements. We'll be listening and making adjustments based on what works for you guys.
